Do you know the advantages of closed bus duct in construction?

In the power supply system of high-rise buildings, power and lighting lines are often set up separately. The closed bus duct is used as the main power supply line and is installed vertically along the wall in one or more passes in the electrical shaft. Since the joints between the busbars are softly connected with copper sheets, the closed busway is prone to oxidation in the humid weather in the south, resulting in poor contact between the joints and the busbars, making the contacts easy to heat up, so it is rarely used in the south, and between the joints The volume is too large, the dimensions of the horizontal busbar sections are inconsistent, and the appearance is not beautiful enough.   According to the purpose, closed bus ducts are divided into start-end closed bus ducts, straight-through closed bus ducts (with jacks and without jacks), L-shaped vertical (horizontal) bent closed bus ducts, and Z-shaped vertical (horizontal) offset Closed bus duct, T-shaped vertical (horizontal) three-way closed bus duct, X-shaped vertical (horizontal) four-way closed bus duct, variable capacity closed bus duct, expansion closed bus duct, terminal head, terminal junction box, plug-in box , closed bus duct related accessories and fastening devices, etc. According to the insulation method, bus duct can be divided into three types: air plug-in closed bus duct, dense insulation plug-in closed bus duct and high-strength plug-in closed bus duct.   In terms of moisture resistance, busbars are prone to moisture and water seepage during construction, resulting in a decrease in phase-to-phase insulation resistance. The heat dissipation of the busbar mainly depends on the casing. Due to the compact arrangement and installation between the lines, the heat energy of the L2 and L3 phases dissipates slowly, resulting in a high temperature rise in the closed busbar trough. The densely insulated plug-in closed bus duct is limited by the shell plate and can only produce horizontal sections no larger than 3m. Due to the small air gap between busbar phases, when a large current passes through the busbar, a strong electric force is generated, causing the magnetic oscillation frequency to form a superposition state, causing excessive noise. The closed bus duct is a bus system composed of metal plates (steel plates or aluminum plates) as protective shells, conductive bars, insulating materials and related accessories.   The closed bus duct can be made into a plug-in closed bus duct with plug-in junction boxes at regular intervals, or a feed-type closed bus duct without a junction box in the middle. The closed bus duct is small in size and compact in structure. The outer shell is rolled into a corrugated cross-section rod by a forming machine, which greatly improves its load capacity and gives it extraordinary support strength. It can connect a 6m busbar with a center load of 70kg, and the deflection does not exceed 15mm. It solves the problem that installation in large-span locations cannot support hoisting. The closed bus duct can be equipped with 2 sockets within a length of 1m, and up to 4 sockets can be installed on both sides without affecting its support strength.
