Project Cases——Airport Chapter

2024-03-15

Project Overview
In order to ensure the safe power supply of the terminal building, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport adopts voltage temporary drop comprehensive management for sensitive electrical equipment. The original joint venture brand Busway needs to be dismantled and customized current specification products need to be added for integration and use. Seeking help from the original joint venture brand Busway manufacturer was unsuccessful, stating that they were unable to provide corresponding products and supporting service solutions.

Project requirements

  • The on-site safety supervision unit requires the contractor to cooperate in implementing the "three musts and four requirements" to ensure the safety of the construction site, otherwise they cannot enter the site for construction;
  • Three musts: all stages must wear masks throughout, all items entering must undergo security checks, and all personnel entering must pass safety exams and apply for approval;
  • 4 requirements: requiring continuous electrical construction work, requiring safety supervisors to be present for construction work, requiring construction to be carried out according to airport regulations, and requiring each construction unit to ensure timely completion of the project;

Solution
We utilized the PHS model to tailor products and service implementation plans for the airport, effectively meeting project requirements and completing them on schedule. Through the "trade in" service, recycles existing products, greatly reducing the cost of project renovation.

Project results
The project came to a perfect conclusion through the joint efforts of multiple parties, among which Ohory made effective project planning for various difficulties, ensuring the smooth progress of the project, and ultimately received recognition and praise from the airport side.
