Project Overview
Before the Chinese New Year, We received a project from the Beijing Railway Bureau, requiring the completion of replacement and commissioning services for nearly a kilometer of bus ducts in the high-speed train maintenance base during the Spring Festival period, to ensure the normal operation of the high-speed train maintenance base and the maintenance center of the northem section of the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway.

Project requirements
The project landing must be completed within the specified time;
Construction personnel need to report in advance and are not allowed to change personnel midway;
The construction site is located on the -2 to -3 floors below the track, with severe water vapor erosion and full of biogas. A safe and reliable construction plan needs to be provided to ensure safety.

Solution
The team was tasked with developing a "Busway landing solution" within 24 hours of crisis, working overtime to complete product customization production, and timely and effectively ensuring the smooth progress of project landing.
We also provided free handling of branch unit wiring for the owners on site, completed the service ahead of schedule, and restored the daily operation of the high-speed train depot base.

Project results
After the day and night construction work of the team, the project achieved power transmission ahead of schedule, which received high praise from the owner.
