Product Overview

The 40FT Double Wing Expansion Box is the largest model in the series, providing up to 72 m² of living space through two side wing extensions. It is designed for family homes, resort accommodation, hotels, large-scale temporary housing and disaster relief shelters.

Built on a heavy-duty fully galvanized steel frame (80x140x3.0 mm main tubes) covered with EPS color steel sandwich panels, it offers strong structural stability, thermal insulation, soundproofing and weather resistance. The factory completes all interior finishing and supplies installation accessories, so the house arrives as a complete turnkey unit that can be moved in shortly after unfolding on site.

Spacious 72 m² Double Wing Layout: Two side wings expand the house to a generous floor area of 72 m², comfortably accommodating 3-6 people, ideal for family homes, resort suites and large-scale temporary housing.
Heavy-duty Galvanized Frame: The main frame uses thicker 80x140x3.0 mm fully galvanized square tubes with high-strength connections, enabling the house to withstand magnitude-8 earthquakes and level-12 typhoons for long-term safe use.
Move-in Ready Turnkey House: Full interior finishing, lighting, sockets and switch systems are completed at the factory; the package also includes skirting lines, corner guards, waterproof tape, structural adhesive and other accessories for complete on-site installation.
Container-matched Shipping: Folded size L11800 x W2200 x H2480 mm fits standard sea freight dimensions, with 1 set per 40HQ container, protecting the structure during long-distance transport.
Fully Customizable Configuration: Layout, wall panel color, insulation and fire rating, doors, windows, flooring and electric standards can be customized, with certified circuit systems available for different destination countries.

11. Why are your prices different from as it shown on Alibaba?

The prices showing on Alibaba are just price ranges for references, actual price will be up to TTL order volume, material selection , shipping way ( LCL or FCL) and etc. orientation. The most important point for you is to start with reasonable MOQ and competitive prices to test market.

12. How will you handle LCL shipment ( or combine with different vendors )?

It is acceptable to do like this for trial order, but there will be some extra charges for loading in different locations and if your other vendor's terms is EXW, we will charge for local FOB fees, trucks shared based on respective cubic meters.
